Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, the President of Elmina Sharks FC, has been penalized following incidents during a Division One League match against Swedru All Blacks on February 16, 2025.

He received a fine of GH¢10,000 and a three-month suspended ban for violating the GFA Division One League Regulations.

The violations included entering the inner perimeter without authorization to contest a penalty decision and posting inflammatory commentary on social media after the match.

These actions allegedly resulted in violence against match officials.

Meanwhile, Elmina Sharks FC has already been fined GH¢20,000, with five club officials receiving season-long bans and individual fines of GH¢10,000 each.

Dr. Nduom has been warned of stricter sanctions should further misconduct occur.

Elmina Sharks currently occupy the 10th position in Zone 2 of the Division One League standings.
