The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) has issued a warning to the general public about a fraudulent recruitment scheme being circulated via the website GOLERNERSHUB.COM, which falsely advertises the opening of a protocol recruitment portal.
In a press release dated June 2, 2025, and signed by Mike Amoako-Atta, APR, Assistant Commissioner of Immigration and Head of Public Affairs, GIS categorically disassociated itself from the misleading information and emphasized that it has not authorized any individual, group, or third-party website to conduct recruitment exercises or sell protocol forms on its behalf.
The Service further clarified that no official clearance has been given by the government for any recruitment exercise at this time.
It assured the public that when recruitment is officially authorized, it will be publicized through credible and appropriate channels, including national newspapers and official GIS platforms.
The Service advised the public to disregard any communication or solicitation from GOLERNERSHUB.COM or similar unofficial sources.
