Government commences Accra Regional Townhall and Exhibition event today

Government officials, youth pressure groups and many other Ghanaians have been invited by the Ministry of Information today, August 6, 2024 for the government’s maiden Regional Townhall Meeting and Exhibition program organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Information, The Ministry of Finance and the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council.

The event which is taking place at the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) hall, is in accordance with the performance tracker initiative, launched earlier this year to enhance transparency and accountability in infrastructure projects embarked on by the government of Ghana nationwide.

The official gathering has been adorned with a number of stalls tagged to show newly commenced, ongoing and completed infrastructure projects in each district nationwide, made possible by the government of Ghana.
Main guest speakers expected to address patrons are the Minister of Information, Fatimatu Abubakar, Minster for Finance, Mohammed Amin Adam and Regional Minister for the Greater Accra Region, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus Glover.
