GPL Match day 20 Preview: Hearts vow to maintain top spot as Kotoko seek Dwarfs scalp

League leaders, Accra Hearts of Oak have vowed to maintain their top spot in the Ghana Premier League after their match day 20 clash with Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sports Stadium Wednesday afternoon.
Hearts of Oak are top of the log with 34 points and with new coach of the side, Sergio Traguil bent on leading Phobians to their first league title eight years, they look to make it a double over Berekum Chelsea after posting a 1-0 victory over them in the first round.
Hearts will be without top marksman, Dauda Cosmos who sprained his muscles after scoring against Hasaacas. He will be sourly missed by the Phobians as he is the highest goal-scorer for his side with eight goals.
Chelsea come into this encounter brimming with confidence after managing a 1-0 win over WAFA at the weekend.
At the Robert Mensah Park in Cape Coast, beleaguered Ebusua Dwarfs will seek resurgence with a victory over giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko in a gane which is expected to be uncompromising.
Kotoko won the first leg in Kumasi by a solitary goal and are bent on scooping all three points from Cape Coast after the dropped point at home over the weekend against Bechem United in Kumasi.
New Edubiase United will welcome Hasaacas to the Nana Gyamfi Park in Asante Bekwai after almost two years of not playing their home games on their favourite grounds. New Edubiase, who are currently languishing at the bottom of the league log, seek to use this game as a launch-pad to extricate themselves from the shackles of relegations which has been haunting them since this season’s Premier League started.
Below are the other fixtures for the match day 20 of the Ghana Premier League;
Hearts       vs          Berekum Chelsea
Dwarfs      vs           Kotoko
Dreams     vs           Wa Allstars
Bechem    vs
New Edubiase  vs  Hasaacas
Inter Allies   vs     WAFA
Medeama  vs      Liberty
Bechem    vs Ashgold
