Greater Accra Regional Minister takes action against hawkers operating under newly commissioned flower plot interchange
Daniel Nii Titus Glover, Greater Accra Regional Minister has taken strong action against vendors undertaking trading activities around the newly inaugurated Flower pot interchange.
The Minister was seen in a viral video destroying tables and chairs belonging to vendors who had been warned not to operate around the interchange.
His actions come after he sounded a word of caution to traders not to set up containers, kiosks and unauthorized structures at interchange.
Vendors disobeyed the directives of the Minister by returning to the place shortly after the interchange was commissioned.
The action of the Minister he said is to ensure the free flow of traffic and maintain structural integrity.
