Happy FM partners Hisense Ghana to award LED T.Vs to 2023 GPL winner and goal king

Ghana’s no. 1 sports station Happy98.9FM partnered with Hisense Ghana, a leading home appliances shop to award LED Televisions to the 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League winner, Medeama SC and goal king, Bibiani Gold Stars forward Abednego Tettey.

The event which was held at the Hisense Ghana – Kissieman Showroom saw the Communications Director of Medeama SC, Patrick Akoto and Bibiani Gold Stars forward, Abednego Tettey receive 32-inch T.Vs.

Speaking at the event, the Marketing Executive of Hisense Ghana, Richard Quarshie reiterated the company’s commitment to the Ghana Premier League. He also indicated the significance of the Happy FM partnership.

“When it comes to sports in the country, Happy FM is known to be one of the stations leading the forefront. So we ( Hisense Ghana) decided to partner with Happy FM for this season’s Ghana Premier League and we are also excited to have a different GPL winner this time round which is Medeama SC”.

Communications Director of Medeama SC, Patrick Akoto was elated about the package and thanked Happy FM and the management of Hisense Ghana for such an initiative.

Premier League Golden Boot winner, Abednego Tetty of Bibiani Gold Stars expressed gratitude to Hisense Ghana for their generosity.

Hisense Ghana gifted Meadeama Sc and Abednego Tettey with other goodies.

Medeama SC won their maiden Ghana Premier League title following a 3-0 victory over Tamale City on Sunday, June 11.

The Mauve and Yellow went into the final day of the season needing just a point to beat rivals Bechem United to the title.

Bibiani Gold Stars forward Abednego Tettey emerged as the undisputed sharpshooter of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League, claiming the coveted golden boot title with 18 goals to his name.
