The celebrated Ghanaian radio virtuoso, Isaac De-Graft Danquah popularly known as DJ Advicer has been nominated for three categories in the upcoming Ghana DJ Awards.
Host of Happy FM’s Ayekoo After Drive, DJ Advicer was nominated for the categories of Record Promoter of the year, Best Male Radio DJ of the Year and Best Afro Beats and Hiplife DJ of the year. He will be contesting with other DJs such as DJ Black of Joy FM, DJ Wobete of Hitz FM and DJ Mic Smith of YFM to emerge winner of these categories.
Ahead of this event, DJ Advicer has expressed how elated he is to be nominated for three categories in the Ghana DJ Awards this year.
“I am blissed out by these nominations at the Ghana DJ Awards. This tells me that hard work no matter where it is displayed on this earth goes unnoticed”, he said.
He also urged his loyal fans and followers to support him to win in these categories. “I am aware that the shortcodes for voting are not available yet. But I will entreat all my followers to watch out for these shortcodes and vote to enable me to win in the various categories. I wish to say a hearty thank you in advance to all those who will support this cause”, he added.
The Ghana DJ awards which is slated for November 2nd this year celebrates and appreciates the contributions of Disc Jockeys (DJs) in Ghana. Other DJs who have been nominated for awards include DJ Vyrusky, DJ Black, DJ Sly, DJ Switch, among others.
