Happy on wheels train to stop at Kaneshie Market

Traders of Kaneshie market and its environs are eager to host the next edition of the community engagement programme of Ghana’s number one sports station, Happy 98.9FM on November 29, 2019.

The programme dubbed, ‘Happy On Wheels’ has received numerous applauses and endorsements by community stakeholders to be hosted in their communities. Happy FM is pleased to announce that, the traders of Kaneshie market have decided to host the next edition of ‘Happy On Wheels’.

The ‘Happy On Wheels’ initiative is targeted at promoting community engagement by directly engaging loyal listeners of Happy FM in their communities.
A day’s activities (all shows) on Happy FM, ‘Anopa Bosuo Sports’, ‘Nsem Pii’, ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ and ‘Wamputu Sports’ will run live from the Kaneshie market. It is going to be a great opportunity for residents and people who ply their trade in the market and its environs to interact with their favourite Happy FM presenters and producers.

Speaking about the initiative, Programmes Manager of Happy FM, Mr. Emmanuel Akrumah says, “we decided to start the “Happy On Wheels” project to get closer to our various audiences, draw them closer and be a part of our forever expanding family. This is a way for us to increase the level of engagement and participation of the ordinary Ghanaian in the development process of the country.

“This event will be replicated in other towns across the country. Watch out for the next stop of ‘Happy on Wheels’ train”.

He urged all listeners to join Happy FM on the 29th of November at the Kaneshie market to interact with the Happy FM team.
