The new king of Gh rap, AY Poyoo, has revealed that comedy, as he is currently known for, is not the only thing he can do.

He shared with the host, Foster Romanus, in an interview on the Late Nite Celebrity Show which airs on eTV Ghana, that, he is an auto-engineering undergrad, hence he knows how to fix a car.

According to him, although he took the course and partook in all tutorials and practicals, he was spending more time writing jokes than being serious, by this, his definition of being able to fix a car is setting it on fire.

“My mom paid my school fees at the bank, and coming from a poor family, as your fees have been paid, you will go to school whether you like it or not.

I got the prospectus and what I saw was ‘electricals’. I don’t know whether they cleaned the ‘auto’. So I was happy, I got to the school and it was auto-electricals, then I said no, I’ll write jokes”, he explained.

The Poyoorian leader, on a more serious note, stated that he cannot fix a car because all he did in school was write jokes, and even his teachers most often advised him that he needed to be in the art school and not here.

After reading this, if you want to ‘fix’ in other words set your car on fire, AY Poyoo is the right auto-mechanic for you.
