A Ghanaian man who for the purpose of this interview pleads to be anonymous, has shared his desire to end the life of his grandmother.
He claims to have been told several times by different people that his grandmother was responsible for his life’s mishaps.
“What hits me most was when I recently met a stranger in Ashaiman who told me everything my grandmother was doing to my life and why she has chosen to frustrate my life,” he said.
Speaking to Rev. Nyansa Boakwa on Happy98.9 FM’s “Bone Ka” edition of Nsem Pii, he narrated, “he told me that my grandmother has married me spiritually and this is why I have been unable to stop masturbating. She has also blocked all my chances of being a successful person hence the reason why I keep suffering.”
He called his mother after this revelation whom confirmed it. “She has also been told several times that her mother is the one blocking my blessings and why she (his mother) has been unable to marry again.”
He furthered that his mother also informed him his grandmother invoked a curse on him and until she dies, he will never have his freedom hence his decision to kill her.
He believes that killing his grandmother will give himself and his mother their freedom and, “That is why I keep going from one mallam to another all in a quest to kill her but each time I try, she comes to warn me in my dreams to stop wasting my time, telling me my efforts will always be in vain.”
He however explained the situation was haunting him, with the troubling aspect being “there is nothing we can do about the situation.”
