Songstress Nana Yaa has revealed that she is having a difficult time as a musician.

Though she has been tagged as a rich woman, it has not been easy for her financially to push her plans as an artiste.

‘’People won’t believe it because people put me up there and they think I’m rich. They put me in the legend box that I worked with Kojo Antwi and a whole lot but I have been hustling as a musician to make it in Ghana. I’ve been on my own for a very long time until 2015 when I met Nana Yaw and my manager who is also my cousin but it’s been crazy,” she disclosed in an interview with DJ Advicer, host of the ‘Ayekoo’ after drive show on Happy FM.

Nana Yaa was quick to add that it is easy to trend with negativity in Ghana but she is not ready to trend the negative way because it will not last.

‘’Yes it’s hard, things are very difficult for me now but I’m not ready to trend for negativity because it’s not going to last. I want to leave a positive impact” she said.

Nana Yaa is currently promoting her new single dubbed ‘Ohemaa’ composed by Ahkan of Ruff and Smooth fame.
