Ghana journalists in visa deal?

Credible information pick-up by ‘Epa Hoa Daben’, a socio political programme on Accra -based Happy FM can confirm that some sports journalists are neck deep in the despicable issue of some self-styled journalists being prevented from covering the Commonwealth Games ongoing in Australia.
The reports say three of the said journalists are in the grips of the Ghana Immigration Service(GIS) for further investigations.
However, victims of the said visa racketeering of presenting  the lay young as journalists to cover the Commonwealth Games have named one ‘Britishman’, a sports presenter for collecting for collecting an amount of thirty Ghana Cedis( formerly 30,000.000) from him as part of the preparation for the trip to Australia.
About one hundred of the said young men who could not construct simple English were over the week end prevented from entering Australia on transit from Singapore.
The issue has gone viral on social media with the British Broadcasting Corporation doing a mockery of the country on the Africa Service online platform.
‘Epa Hoa Daben’ is reliably informed the said journalists were identified as persons who could speak English and yet were calling themselves  writers when they were being taken through immigration formalities.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Journalists Association has distanced itself from the act calling on the Police to investigate the act.
But, listeners should expect details on the show hosted by Kwame Afrifa-Mensah with Okocha, the Executive Producer of the sports morning show dubbed Anopa Bosuo Sports on the station as the lead investigator on the beat.
