The campaign team of Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong has acknowledged the decision of former Campaign Manager, Ofosu Asamoah, to pursue a different political path within the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

In a statement signed by Nana Ama Asantewaa Kwarko, campaign spokesperson, the KAA campaign team expressed that while the development is unfortunate, it is not unexpected and will not disrupt their mission. They emphasized that their campaign is built on the conviction of a broad and dedicated coalition of patriots, not on individual allegiances.

The team thanked Mr. Ofosu-Asamoah for his contributions and wished him well, urging supporters to remain focused and committed to their vision of restoring the NPP’s core values of service, sacrifice, and selflessness.

The statement noted that Ing. Agyepong’s campaign emphasizes a message of hope, unity, and a return to the party’s noble roots, resonating with delegates nationwide.

It added that, the team stands against the monetization of politics and offers a politics of substance, integrity, and vision.

The campaign team remains focused on engaging with delegates and securing victory in the upcoming primaries, encouraged by grassroots support and positive energy.
