Management of the Lashibi Funeral Homes Limited have debunked claims alleging that Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi exhumed the body of his son after burial.
This follows an audio from an unidentified supposed man of God circulating on social media. The audio accuses Prophet Kobi of being a ritualist who killed his son for ritual purposes.
According to the unidentified man, Prophet Kobi killed his son Daniel Kenneth Badu Kobi who died on November 19, 2017 and was buried on December 2, 2017.
He further alleged that Prophet Kobi exhumed his son’s body after the burial and hid it at his church premises for rituals.
However, the management of Lashibi Funeral Homes, who were in charge of the late Daniel Kenneth Badu Kobi’s funeral have issued a press statement debunking all allegations leveled against Prophet Kobi.
They called the accusations false and baseless. They also assured Ghanaians that the late Daniel Kobi’s body is still buried at the Garden of Peace cemetery at the Lashibi Funeral Homes.
They dared anyone who believed otherwise to go through the legal due process to have the body exhumed.
The press statement dated May 30, 2018 was signed by Dr. Andrew A. Akrutu, the managing director of the funeral home.
Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi is the general overseer and founder of the Glorious Way Church International.
