Logos-Rhema Foundation for Leadership Resource Development, an international fellowship based in Ghana, is set to organize the 2024 edition of the 144 Hours Non-Stop Praise and Worship Program.

The official announcement was made today, Saturday, September 7, 2024 during a media briefing and orientation held at the premises of the Logos Rhema Foundation in La-Trade Fair, Accra.

Founder of the Logos Rhema Foundation, Rev. Dr. Abu Bako, in his engagement with the media, referenced Psalm 50:23, stating that the event has been an annual tradition for over 20 years. Its mission is to increase the weight of God’s glory upon Ghana through prayer, worship, and praise. He explained, “When you praise, you open the heavens, and since God sits upon the throne in Heaven, He releases His blessing upon us all. But that’s not all; we soak the land with prayer, worship, and praise. With the weight of God’s glory, God will give you significance.”

Rev. Dr. Bako revealed that Ghana has been marked as the host country for many holy convocations organized by people from all parts of the world. He said this has ensured God’s strong protection over Ghana, allowing His glory to be continually seen from Ghana and spread to all parts of the Earth. “You see, God has made us the headquarters for such global gatherings, and the Lord has ensured that all global pandemics will pass us by. The likes of Ebola passed us by, and even the novel coronavirus from 2019 to 2020 did not claim many lives compared to other countries.” he said.

The program will feature ministers from various parts of the world, including Nigeria, Egypt, the United States of America, Benin, Rwanda, and South Africa.

This year, described as the “Year of In-Gathering and Harvest,” will culminate in the crowning of God’s bounty. The theme scriptures for this edition are Psalm 65:11 and Psalm 107:15-16. Rev. Dr. Bako in high expectancy of a wonderful time in the presence of God decreed 2024 as a year which shall end in God’s glory despite the present disparities in nearly all parts of Ghana. “2024 is the year of in-gathering, the year of harvest. This is the year God is going to restore, and this restoration will be so widespread that it will reach families. God is saying, ‘I will crown the year with my bounty. I will crown the year with my bounty.”

2024’s Edition of 144 Hours Non-Stop Praise and Worship Programme is scheduled will be held under the theme: “Recovering, Reviving and Restoring The Tabernacle of David” with reference to Amos 9:11, Acts 15:16-17 and will take place from Sunday, October 20, 2024 to Saturday, October 26, 2024 at the auditorium of Logos-Rhema Foundation located behind the Trade Fair Centre, La- Accra.
