The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has praised his running mate, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, as incorruptible, dedicated to Ghana, and possessing the expertise to drive the change the country needs.

Addressing the Nanamon of the Central Region as part of his ‘Mahama4Change2024’ campaign, Mahama formally introduced Professor Opoku-Agyemang to the Chiefs and people, highlighting her unwavering commitment to Ghana’s development. He emphasized her decades of experience, which will be crucial in shaping policies for sustainable growth and creating opportunities for all.

Mahama commended Professor Opoku-Agyemang’s achievements during her tenure as Education Minister, including the completion of the University of Allied Sciences in Ho and the initiation of the University of Environment and Sustainable Development in the Eastern Region.

He urged the Nananom to support Professor Opoku-Agyemang, who he described as one of their own, and expressed confidence in her ability to deliver positive results for the country.
