Actress and CEO of NAYAS Film Production, Gladys Mensah Boaku also known as Nayas has revealed her romantic encounter with popular gospel musician Ernest Opoku.
The actress in an interview with Kojo Preko Dankwa on Kasapa FM disclosed that after their first sexual encounter, she was head over heels in love with Ernest Opoku. However his sexual escapade with several other women has completely killed her interest in the gospel artiste.
Nayas further revealed that after they had sex, the ace gospel musician advised her to seek spiritual protection from a fetish priest in order to sustain her career in the movie industry.
Ernest Opoku is alleged to have forced an abortion pill down Nayas’ throat in an attempt to abort their three month old pregnancy. Following his failed attempt was an arrangement for a professional doctor to terminate the pregnancy whom he personally took Nayas to. This second attempt to get rid of their unborn child also proved futile as the doctor and actress connived to deceive Ernest. This is because she was of afraid she might not survive the procedure.
According to ‘Endwene Bone’ producer, the gospel artiste implored her to consider his credibility as a gospel artiste and the fame that comes with it.
Nayas was promised five thousand Ghana cedis (¢5,000) and fifteen (15) GTP wax prints by Ernest Opoku as compensation if she went ahead with the abortion.
Ernest Opoku is one of the best Ghanaian gospel musicians. Even though he married, lately he has been accused by several women of his romantic involvement with them
Efforts to get Ernest Opoku’s side of the story proved futile.
