Second Lady, Samira Bawumia has called on traders and residents of Adeiso in the Eastern Region to vote massively for her husband, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as the next president of Ghana.

According to her, his candidacy is driven by a desire to serve the nation, not for personal gain.

During her campaign visit, she urged traders there to reflect on the achievements of President Akufo-Addo and vote for Dr. Bawumia to continue building on his legacy.

The Second Lady, highlighted her husband’s transformative policies, which she believes will positively impact the country, and urged voters to support him and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

She expressed confidence that, with God’s guidance, the party would succeed in the upcoming December 7 elections.

Addressing the traders’ concerns, she assured them that under a Bawumia-led government, access to capital would be made easier, especially for traders and small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs).

Mrs. Bawumia also announced plans to establish a Women’s Trade Empowerment Fund and an SME bank to provide further support to businesses.

NPP Parliamentary candidate Fredrick Afom Obeng echoed her sentiments, noting the NPP’s contribution to the constituency through various projects.

He urged residents to vote for the party to break the 8-year political cycle and ensure the continuation of these initiatives.
