Monetization of politics fuels corruption in Africa – Speaker Bagbin

An executive member of the National Muslim Conference Of Ghana, Alhaji Inusah Mohammed, has applauded the efforts of the Rt. Honorable Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin for his unwavering solidarity and support of Muslims in Ghana.

Alhaji Mohammed delivering the purpose of gathering at the second session of the National Day of Prayer, stated that the spiritual initiative forms part of the many advancements made by the government and policy makers to establish a more inclusive and democratic society in Ghana.

One of the figures, highly recognized at the gathering was the Speaker of Parliament, who was appreciated for the immense attention accorded the religious group.

“We thank the Rt. Hon Speaker of Parliament for everything he has done to ensure that the National Muslim Conference of the Republic of Ghana comes to stay to give us a voice in the legislative process, in the formulation of policies and the judicial system of our country. All with the intention of giving voice to the voiceless to the minority in this country.” he noted.
