The Ashanti Regional Police Command has declared twelve suspects wanted in connection with the shooting incident that took place at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Regional party office in Kumasi on Monday which led to the death of one person and another injured.
Among those declared wanted in the latest efforts by the police are Hussien Bari, alias ‘WARRIOR’ ; ‘MIDJIMA’ ; ‘DAMOS’ and ‘ABU TALIBAN’.
The following suspects have also been mentioned during police investigations: Sanni Mohammed, alias ‘COMMANDO’; ‘WAYO’, ‘ELEMENT’ ; ‘JAH RULE’; ‘PETIT’ ; ‘AKON’ ; ‘FAYIZ’, ‘MALLAM’ and ROCK.’
The police in the press statement urged the general public to assist them by volunteering information that will lead to the arrest of the perpetrators for swift investigation and prosecution.
In a related development, Joseph Yamin and Afrifa Yamoah-Ponkoh were both invited to assist the police in investigations into Monday, February 18 tragic shooting incident.
