A member of the communications team of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Asafu Adjei, has revealed that it is the wish of some elements in the main opposition National Democratic Congress to see Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, the Vice President dead before his time.
The NDC wanted the good deeds of the Vice president truncated before his time because the vice president’s prowess is scaring the snout out of the NDC.
The vice has fast become a thorn in the flesh of the NDC barely two years that they relinquish power to the NPP in 2016 he noted
The NDC is scared of the vice president stemming from his economic achievements under the leadership of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the president.
The NDC wished that the vice president will be pronounced dead on his medical leave abroad for the economic achievements of the NPP to be brought to a halt.
The NPP communicator made this comment on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben’, afternoon’s socio-political show hosted by Kwame Afrifa-Mensah in Accra on Happy FM.
The NDC and its leadership in Parliament are envious of the supersonic movement of the vice president in delivering economic emancipation for the nation he averred.
The deeds of the vice president have begun to show in terms of prudent management of the economy he stressed.
This year the country will gain economic stability indicating the NPP has straightened the crocked economy the NDC bequeathed to the party.
