Nollywood actor and Lagos state lawmaker, Desmond Elliot, and other supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC), took to the street of Lagos to celebrate the President-elect, Bola Tinubu.
Elliot posted the video on his Instagram account on Wednesday.
