On Friday, April 20, President Nana Addo forwarded a list of 998 ministers of state and staffers at the presidency to Parliament for purposes of accountability.
The list unveils a total of 998 people working in different positions at the Presidency presently.
Following this development, Kwame A-Plus, a musician and political critic who played an integral part in the 2016 NPP election campaign, has expressed his utmost displeasure and disappointment in the ruling government.
“NPP are liars, they want to behave like they are bosses. If we criticized the NDC about the number of staffers at the presidency, why is NPP saying we just added 200,” A-Plus stated via a telephone interview with Happy FM’s Epa Hoa Daben show.
“This is what got NDC kicked out for the NPP to take over,” he added.
“When we speak we speak the truth, people like myself and Kennedy Agyapong are very truthful so when we speak people listen to us. NPP must listen to Kennedy Agyapong because he always addresses the truth.”
This 998 adds up to the 110 Ministers appointed by President Akuffo Addo which is the largest number in the history of Ghanaian Presidency.
