The voting process to select a new face as flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the 2024 General Elections is currently underway.
The competition is expected to be intense, with Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Kennedy Agyapong as the leading contenders. Also competing for the party’s flagbearership slot are former Minister for Agriculture, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, and former Mampong MP, Francis Addai-Nimoh.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia just made a grand entrance at the party’s headquarters to cast his vote while the crowd gathered went gaga.
Meanwhile, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, and Ing. Francis Addai-Nimoh are yet to make their way to the party’s headquarters to vote
