NPP Decides: Vincent Assafuah seals through Old Tafo

Public Relations Officer for the Ministry of Education, Ekow Vincent Assafuah has won the Old Tafo constituency primaries of the ruling New Patriotic Party.

With 299 votes, Ekow Assafuah beat 5 other contenders, with his closest competitor, Dr Louise Carol Serwah Donkor polling some 133 votes.

The other contenders; Prince Odeneho Oppong, Emmanuel Obeng, Lord Inusah Lansah and Archibald Acquah had 90, 44, 27 and 0 votes respectively out of a total of 610 votes cast.
