The 2024 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has officially brought the party’s National Thank You Tour to a close, following its final stop in the Central Region on Wednesday, June 4.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, June 5, Dr. Bawumia described the nationwide engagement as “fruitful” and “reinvigorating,” noting that the tour has strengthened the unity and morale of the party’s grassroots and leadership.

“The National Thank You Tour of our party came to a successful end yesterday in the Central Region. It has been a fruitful national engagement, and one that has reinvigorated the rank and file of our party, for a united, stronger and a better New Patriotic Party (NPP: Development in Freedom),” he stated.

Dr. Bawumia used the opportunity to express his heartfelt appreciation to various stakeholders within the party, including polling station executives, electoral area coordinators, constituency and regional executives, national leadership, volunteers, and supporters nationwide.

As the NPP prepares for a crucial election, Dr. Bawumia rallied party members to maintain their unity and dedication.

“Let us stay united, and committed; and continue to work hard towards the victory of the NPP in 2028,” he urged.
