Organize a joint state burial for both Ebony and Super OD – Willy Roi Declares

Veteran music producer Willy Roi has stated his stance on whether  Ebony should be given a state burial or not.

His plea comes on the back of comments by the Minister for Tourism and Creative Arts Catherine Afeku that  late Dancehall sensation will be given a befitting burial.

The controversial beat maker said, “the state must organize a joint state burial for both Ebony and Super OD he declared”.

He indicated that the state must organize a double state burial for Veteran actor cum  comedian Super OD and the sensational young musician Ebony.

He also revealed that, the state burial should be fantastic at a bigger space so that Ghanaians can celebrate these two great stars.

Willy Roi who is a board member of Zylofon Media added, “it can be organize at a stadium, we can’t separate it any which way.

The family member will be excited, however Ebony’s father is very grateful that Ghanaians have recognized her daughter.

We all know that Super OD is a national hero,” he told Doctar Cann on Happy FM’s Showbiz  Xtra in Accra.

Ebony died in a gory accident at Nyamebekyere near Mankranso on the Sunyani-Kumasi Highway on the night of February 8.

The late Dancehall musician, Ebony Reigns, will be buried on March 17, 2018.

The venue for her final funeral rites is to be communicated.

However, Veteran actor Super OD also died on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at the Agona Swedru Government Hospital in the Central Region.

We are monitoring whether Willy Roi’s plea will be taken into consideration by the government.
