The Black Meteors of Ghana, held their final training session ahead of the semi-final game against Cote D’Ivoire to be played on Tuesday 19 November, 2019 at the Cairo International Stadium.

Ghana defeated Mali in the final group game by 2-0 in the final group game to progress to the semi-finals.

Ibrahim Tanko and his players will be hoping to break the 15-year jinx and book a place in next Summer’s Olympic football tournament if they are able to pick a win in today’s game.

A win for Ghana against Cote D’Ivoire in today’s game will see the Black Meteors secure one of the three slots and qualify for the Olympic Games.

Three teams will represent CAF in the 2020 Olympic Games tournament in Tokyo.
