Police investigate alleged kidnapping and assault captured in viral video

The Ghana Police Service has launched an investigation into an alleged case of kidnapping and assault involving a female adult, which has surfaced in a viral video circulating on social media.

In a brief statement posted on the Service’s official Facebook page on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the police confirmed that they are actively probing the incident and are committed to uncovering the full details surrounding the case.

“We assure the public that we are working around the clock to get to the bottom of the matter and get those behind it arrested,” the statement read.Service has launched an investigation into an alleged case of kidnapping and assault involving a female adult, which has surfaced in a viral video circulating on social media.
