Elected Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West Constituency Rev. Kwaku Addo has debunked claims that, the gang that invaded and vandalized the office and residence of the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West, Ursula Owusu Ekuful were residents and members of the NDC in the constituency.

According to him, those men are not from the constituency.

‘’The people were not from Ablekuma West, I can say it emphatically, because when they first entered the municipality, I got a call from the divisional police that, some NDC guys were vandalizing properties’’.

‘’I can promise you that none of the boys who broke into Ursula’s Office are from Ablekuma West’’.

His comments come, after videos were circulating on social media of some men who invaded and vandalized properties in the constituency.

Following the declaration of Rev. Kwaku Addo as the elected member of parliament for the Ablekuma West constituency, some men numbering about 15 invaded and vandalized properties of Madam Owusu- Ekuful and made away with some items, however, police report indicates some of the men have been arrested and assisting with investigations, as security at the MPs residence has been tightened.
