President John Dramani Mahama, has congratulated the Black Stars for qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, describing the achievement as another proud moment for Ghana.
In a post on his official Facebook page, Mr. Mahama wrote:
“Congratulations to the senior national team, the #BlackStars. Another qualification to the World Cup. #ResettingGhana.”
The message adds to the growing wave of national excitement following Ghana’s successful qualification, which marks the country’s fifth appearance at the global football showpiece.
Ghana will join other nations at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, to be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
