Most people tend to blame their old parents or grandparents when going through hard times. This is because we have been made to believe that they are probably witches or wizards seeking our downfall.

But, Doctor of Sabash Herbal Center Dr.Kweku Sabah to some extent disagrees with this belief. To him, in as much as he believes that it is possible for one’s family member to be the cause of your suffering and downfall, there is also a probability that they might have zero or no idea as to the reason for your distress.

He cited an example of a lady who approached him regarding the crumbling of her business. “She blamed her mother for her suffering and I told her, your mother isn’t the cause of your crumbling business but rather the Spirit leaving inside her”.

He further expressed that just like humans, most spirits also walk around freely like ants and only bite or retaliate when you step on them, just like a human being is likely to fight back or retaliate when attacked. So the Spirit that was fighting against this woman was the Spirit leaving inside her mother.

He said to Rev Nyansa Boakwa of NsemPii on Happy 98.9Fm "the reason why most people go through this agony is not always because they’re being attacked spiritually but rather because they’re stepping on the toes of certain spirits or invading their privacy willingly or unknowingly...”

He ended by saying most lands, especially the ones close to rivers belong to spirits and gods so research should be done and questions should be asked before anyone starts anything close to these rivers and water bodies else they definitely will fight against them.
