A member of the communications team of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kingsley Ofosu Ntimoah has not taken likely to the comments made by the main opposition National Democratic Congress’ (NDC’s) Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo-Prampam in the Greater Accra region on the person of Afia Akoto.
He said the kinds of words the NDC MP used on the person of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Micro-finance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) is unfortunate and undeserving of an MP.
The NDC in a comment on his Facebook page called the Deputy CEO, an alleged ‘homosexual’ and a cellulite in reaction to a comment she posted about the Minority’s press conference on the yet to be read budget.
He called on the NDC to ensure people with dignity and respect are chosen into high places in the party.
Mr. Ofosu Ntimaoh, who is also the Deputy Director of Ghana Museums and Monuments Board made this comment on the ‘Epao Hoa Daben’ show hosted by Kwame Afrifa Mensah on Accra-based Happy FM.
The NDC needs people with respect and dignity to the handle the affairs of the party he said.
He claimed that the MP does not deserve to be sitting in the House because his conducts on the floor and outside the floor are undeserving of a serving Member of Parliament.
He appealed to the ex-president John Dramani Mahama to come clean on the behaviour of the MP
as he seems to be the favourite of the ex-president.
