SDK painfully announces dad’s demise

Viral Ghanaian comedian, SDK Dele, who has won the love of Ghanaians not only for himself but also his parents with their hilarious parent-child skits, has just announced the sudden passing of his father.

As it is exciting to see a comedian not only being supported behind the scenes by his dad but also have him join in the act, SDK, in most of his comedy skits, is seen with his dad, and the old man’s comic character has made him very popular and admired by Ghanaians, with most of his videos even being used as memes.

Around 3pm on the 24th of November, 2021, Sadik Sulley, popularly known as SDK Dele, posted a picture of his father, Mr. Francis Sulley, on Twitter with the caption ‘R.I.P Dad’. He also posted on his Instagram “lost my dad today… Love you oldgee”.

It is however unclear as at now the cause of the old man’s death.

This definitely has come as a big blow to SDK and his mom, who also recently recovered from stroke which kept her bedridden for months. Ghanaians have also been struck painfully by this disheartening news as Mr. Sulley was an amusing person loved by all.

Deepest condolences to SDK and his mother and may the soul of Mr. Francis Sulley Rest In Peace. We will miss your skits.
