The Sekondi High Court has granted a motion to vacate the interlocutory injunction against Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Amenfi Central in the Western Region.
This decision by the court gives way for Joana Cudjoe to contest as the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Amenfi Central Constituency in the December 7th elections.
The Sekondi High Court’s led by His Lordship Justice Gyan-Konto, gave the ruling.
