Black Queens coach, Kim Lars, made five changes to his starting XI that played in Ghana but couldn’t achieve the results he was hoping for.
The game was a close one as the Queens was close to securing a point but Hapsatou Diallo’s header secured the points for the Lionesses.
Ghana finished with ten players after Anasthesia Achiaa was sent off in the 63rd minute.
