Swedru All Blacks have clinched promotion to the Ghana Premier League for the 2025/26 season, ending a 16-year absence from the top flight. The Swedru-based club sealed their return with a commanding 3-0 victory over Ebusua Dwarfs on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
The win, featuring a brace from striker Ebenezer Amoh and a goal from Bubakari Zayat, crowned a dominant season in Division One League Zone Two.
All Blacks finished the campaign with 66 points from 29 matches, seven points ahead of second-placed Rospack FC, recording 21 wins, three draws, and five losses.
Their promotion marks a significant milestone for the club, founded in 1945 and nicknamed the “Black Magicians.”
They join Zone One champions Hohoe United in ascending to the Premier League, with the final promotion spot to be decided between Real Tamale United and Techiman Eleven Wonders.
