The full Budget statement of the Government of Ghana for the 2019 Financial Year

The government of Ghana through the Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has presented its 2019 financial year budget to Parliament.

This is President Nana Addo’s third budget in government.

The budget is under the Theme: “A Stronger Economy for Jobs and Prosperity”

However, the minority in parliament has described the 2019 budgets as empty, uninspiring and hopeless.
