The process of lovemaking

Ghanaian sex coach, Akosua Davis, has educated on the right processes of love-making and clarified that having sex is totally different from love-making.

In an interview with Adwen-The Love Doctor on eTV Ghana’s In Bed With Adwen, the sex coach clarified that having sex will only be satisfying one’s hunger but love-making is like a full-course meal, that is, with an appetizer, main dish and desert.

‘’In making love, you need to look out for the whole process. First is setting the mood right, then you make sure the environment is suitable to boost the mood and lovemaking, and then you get to the foreplay. When all these are in place, then the real sex can start’’, she said.

Akosua advised that foreplay is not only for men but for women too and every part of the body can and should play a role in foreplay.

She furthered that foreplay has to do with a lot of touching and kissing, with the mindset of stimulating your partner, thus, people should make use of their tongue, fingers, lips, and explore the body.
