The upcoming EURO 2024 is set to take place in Germany this summer, and during this international break, the host nation will discover some of its tournament opponents.
This edition of EURO will be spread across 10 cities in Germany, as the host country aims to surpass Spain’s record of three European Championship titles. Germany last hosted the tournament in 1988, but in EURO 2020, four matches were played on their turf.
While Italy won the 1988 tournament, they are facing tough competition this time, with England leading their group and impressive performances from Ukraine and North Macedonia.
As of now, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Scotland, Turkiye, and France have secured their spots in EURO 2024. We will soon find out which other teams will join Germany, with Austria, Greece, England, Hungary, Slovenia, and Denmark in contention.
