The Chairman of the Ghana Toll Workers Union, Henry Dogbe, has called on the Government to maintain previous personnel who manned the various toll booths in the country as they intend to bring it back.

According to him, the NDC Government should not recruit different people to undertake the toll booths work.

Speaking to Happy Kaseɛbɔ, the Chairman of the Union emphasized that the previous workers at the various toll booths did nothing wrong to warrant their dismissal or retrenchment.

They are however requesting that government considers first before any other group if it intends to recruit personnel to man the tollbooths that are to be reintroduced.
