The interim Chairman of the United Party, Alhaji Abubakar Saddique Boniface, has unveiled the party’s vision as a credible third option to the NPP and NDC. Speaking at the official launch of the party, at the Coconut Grove Hotel, in Accra, the former NPP MP for Madina criticized the two main political parties for excluding talent through “underhand tactics” and called for a “new generation” of sincere, God-fearing leaders to redeem Ghana’s reputation.
Using a parable about a boy cheated out of fair rewards, Boniface stressed equitable resource sharing and transparency. He positioned the United Party as a “United class” offering inclusive opportunities beyond the two-party dominance.
According to Alhaji Saddique Boniface, Unites Party is set out to achieve the following goals:
– Ethical Leadership: Promote honest, faith-driven governance.
– Inclusivity: Open doors for sidelined talents.
– Equity: Ensure transparent, fair resource distribution.
– Service: Prioritize national welfare and accountability.
– Alternative: Provide a viable option beyond NPP and NDC.
Boniface urged supporters to inform Ghanaian voters of the party’s mission.
