The Electoral Commission has released the outcome of presidential nomination applications on its official Facebook page.
In the release, Thirteen (13) Presidential Candidates qualified after a thorough examination of their nomination forms submitte to ensure conformity with requirements as set out in the EC’s laws.
They are; the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Mahamudu Bawumia, John Dramani Mahama (NDC), Christian Kwabena Andrews (Ghana Union Movement), Daniel Augustus Lartey Jnr ( Great Consolidated Popular Party), Akua Donkor (Ghana Freedom Party), Hassan Ayariga ( All People’s Congress), Kofi Akpaloo (Liberal Party of Ghana), Mohammed Frimpong ( National Democratic Party) and Nana Akosua Frimpomaa ( CPP)
The Independent Candidates are; Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, Nana Kwame Bediako and two others
