Controversial Hip-Life artiste Barima Sydney has slammed the criterion used in selecting the categories for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Numerous entertainment critics and analysts have in the past criticized the award scheme any time that event draws closer.
And Speaking to Dr. Cann on Happy FM’s Showbiz Xtra, the ‘Obiaa nye Obiaa’ hitmaker, descended on the organizers as he questioned the yardstick they use in selecting the categories.
“VGMA categorizations are full of errors, and it’s the reason I always have problem with their selections,” he raved on Happy FM.
The vociferous artiste, who has been silent in the music industry for some time now, disclosed that he’s back to stay for good.
He is currently on a radio tour, promoting his new three hit songs.
