Veteran gospel trio, Daughters of Glorious Jesus are celebrating three decades of propagating the gospel through music.
As part of activities to celebrate the milestone, the trio are embarking on a media tour across the country.
On Wednesday, the group paid a courtesy call on the management of Ghana’s leading multimedia outfit, Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company, (GMABC) to express appreciation for the enormous support their music ministry has enjoyed over the years.
Mrs Nosisa Doe and Mr Emmanuel AKrumah welcomed the trio and received the ceremonial cake and citation on behalf of GMABC on ‘The Late Nite Celebrity Show.’
However,Daughters of Glorious Jesus made up of Edna Sarpong, Monica Owusu Ansah and Cynthia Appiadu have released several hits songs during their 30 years journey on the music scene.
Some of their hit songs include Mebo wo din daa, Edin no, Asomdwoe hene, Tumi wo mu, Fata ayeyie, Ewurade, Yesu, woye m’ade nyinaa, Aseda ben, Yeyi waye, Okasa preko, Fa wasem to Awurade anim, Momma yenben Awurade, Odomfo, Onakwafo Nyame, Beberee, Ahinta Bea, Wo Ntaban.
