Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, former first lady of the republic of Ghana is 70 years old and during her birthday celebration, she had budding musician King promise perform some of his hit songs.
The fast rising young musician who was overly excited for the privilege given him to perform for the former first lady and former first gentleman of the land expressed his appreciation to them for having him grace the occasion.
“Mrs. Rawlings and former President Mr. Jerry John Rawlings, I want to say thank you so much, God bless you for having me. I’m just a young kid with a dream and to be here performing for you guys, I’m super excited,” he said.
In the process of thanking the Rawlingses, King Promise bumped into sensational highlife musician Ofori Amponsah and with surprise and excited he said, “This is one of my mentors, God bless you, I never thought I would meet you.”
