Adelaide Abbiw-Williams, CEO, SES HD Plus GH Ltd says multitasking comes naturally to women

Speaking as a panelist at a thought leadership session hosted by Ghana’s leading intergrated Media Company, Global Media Alliance as part of the International Women’s Day celebrations, Mrs. Abbiw-Williams shared her experience about navigating through a male dominated space and taking up opportunities.

She said, “There were times where my career required me to travel to other regions while pregnant and I just had to be resilient and fight my way to achieve my set goals.”

“Women are naturally gifted with the skill of multitasking and as we share our stories and experiences other women are able to relate to the struggles, stereotype, trials that women face in their various sectors and are encouraged to fight through it all,” she added.

She encouraged women to keep going because it is possible to achieve anything they want irrespective of the circumstance they find themselves.

International Women’s Day is celebrated annually on March, 8 to honour women with the focus on gender equality. The 2024 IWD is celebrated under the theme “Invest in Women: Accelerated Progress” with the hashtag, #InspireInclusion
