Army Ladies edged past lower-tier side Sissamba Ladies in a tight 3-2 contest, while Tamale Super Ladies also advanced with a win over Dreamz Ladies.
Jonina Ladies claimed a 2-0 win against Akosombo Ladies in a match that marked the debut of 11-year-old Ella Obiri Yeboah for the Accra-based team.
Samartex Ladies impressed with a 2-0 home triumph over Rootz Sistaz.
Elsewhere, Ampem Darkoa Ladies dominated Gyagba Ladies with a 4-0 victory, Supreme Ladies defeated Bolga Sharp Arrows 4-1, and FC Savannah beat Arm of God Ladies 2-0.
