YFM’s Paint N Sip transforms valentine’s night into an unforgettable experience

Ghana’s premier urban radio station, Y107.9FM, set the tone for an extraordinary Valentine’s Day with its highly anticipated Paint N Sip event, turning Accra Mall into a vibrant hub of creativity, music, and celebration.

Held on February 14, the fifth edition of YFM Paint N Sip became the talk of the town, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for lovers, friends, and families to commemorate the day in an artistic and entertaining atmosphere.

Patrons were treated to a dynamic blend of activities, including electrifying music from a diverse lineup of artists across multiple genres.

The main event saw attendees pick up their paint brushes to bring their creative visions to life on canvas, resulting in breathtaking and expressive portraits that showcased remarkable artistic talent.

Adding to the night’s excitement, YFM’s resident DJ Milzy, guest DJ from Chicago, DJ Tony Swaaga, and DJ Boneshaker from Happy FM’s Weekend Club Jam took turns delivering exhilarating DJ sets, elevating the energy at Accra Mall with premium music selections.

A major highlight of the evening was the cake-cutting ceremony, marking the fifth anniversary of the YFM Paint N Sip experience. Over the years, the event has firmly established itself as a staple on Ghana’s Valentine’s Day calendar, elevating the way the occasion is celebrated.

Speaking after the event, Eddy Blay Jr., Programmes Manager of Y107.9FM, expressed heartfelt appreciation to all participants and partners who contributed to the success of this milestone edition.

“Today, we have truly made history with the YFM Paint N Sip. It has been an incredible journey, made possible by our loyal YFM audience and invaluable partners. A big thank you to Blue Jeans and Accra Mall for their unwavering support. To all the artists who joined us, we deeply appreciate you—this is just the beginning of an even greater future,” he remarked.

He further emphasized that YFM Paint N Sip has now become an essential part of Valentine’s Night celebrations in Ghana and promised even more spectacular editions in the years to come.
