Head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo, says he cannot guarantee his side will beat Sudan in the return fixture of their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
The Black Stars suffered another setback in the ongoing 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers after drawing at home to Sudan on October 10.
The draw is a good result for Sudan who has maintained their second position on the Group F table ahead of the second leg on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
“I can not assure Ghanaians of victory, all we can do is try harder in our next games. Nevertheless, and this is also why we love football; in football, anything can happen”.
Ghana will be going into the match day 4 fixtures in the qualifiers with just two points after three games.
The return leg for Ghana’s game against Sudan will be played at Martyrs of February Stadium, Benghazi, Libya with the Stars hoping to return to winning ways.
